We are currently looking for an entry-level Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant to join the team in our local La Palma, CA office.
Transervice Logistics Inc. consists of multiple divisions specializing in a wide range of logistics services, including: dedicated contract maintenance, full service equipment leasing, contract carriage and non-asset logistics solutions. Transervice Logistics formed Transervice Integrated Solutions (TIS) to deliver both 3PL and 4PL logistics solutions to existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for general office administration such as data entry, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and supporting the team when needed.
- Assisting in data collection and the preparation of different reports on a day-to-day basis, including daily reporting that needs to be completed.
- Handling phone calls such as inquiries from customers and/or vendors; reaching out to vendors to verify qualifications.
- Handling aspects of accounting administration including billing.
Requirements
- Strong computer and data entry skills, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience working in an office environment or customer service role.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of multitasking effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in logistics or a similar industry is preferred, but not required.
