A well known client of ours, an Independent Wealth Management firm is seeking an Operations Associate to join their team. This is a great position to join a lean but stable team and will have interaction with everyone across the firm!!!
This position is integral to supporting the Client Service and Operations teams for key functions such as paperwork preparation, ensuring document accuracy, and organizing / maintaining all client related documents. The role requires an individual with previous operations and/or client service experience within the investment advisory / wealth management industry and to be familiar with CRM and custodial platforms.
This role will function on-site at the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office location. The role presents the opportunity to help take ownership of day-to-day clerical responsibilities, while continuing to help improve processes and the advisor & client experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years related client service / operations experience working with a SEC registered investment adviser.
- Working experience with an RIA Portfolio Management, Rebalancing and CRM System within an investment advisory setting
- Strong computer skills and aptitude for technology, including Microsoft Office systems (Excel, Word, etc.)
