The Aquatrols Company is looking for a seasoned graphic designer with at least 5 years of professional experience in a corporate setting to join our in-house marketing team. In this role you will develop and maintain a wide variety of materials, including print and digital advertising, trade show graphics, sales collateral, and product packaging for the markets we serve. To be a successful candidate for this position you must be a versatile contributor with proven creative skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
This position requires the ability to travel to our New Jersey office 6-8 times a year to participate in departmental strategy sessions and other cross-functional meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that all design projects are completed within the given deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with the company's brand guidelines and objectives.
- Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for a wide range of mediums including digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and marketing collateral.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audience.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of design projects, including print production and website development.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and market trends to create designs that resonate with our customers and drive engagement.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Required Skills & Proficiencies
- Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality design work.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a graphic design role, preferably in corporate setting.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and a high level of creativity and innovation.
- Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Proven experience in managing design projects from concept to execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and objectives.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners, such as agencies and vendors.
