Key Responsibilities
- Develop deployment strategies and automation scripts to facilitate transitions from development environments to testing, staging, and production phases.
- Establish and manage release management protocols to oversee changes across Salesforce environments, collaborating closely with development teams.
- Configure Salesforce environments, including sandbox, scratch orgs, and production, using Copado, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of configurations.
- Oversee version control repositories for Salesforce code and configuration files, ensuring adherence to best practices in versioning.
- Create integration scripts and data migration tools to ensure seamless synchronization between Salesforce and external systems, while maintaining data integrity.
- Enforce security compliance and validation checks throughout deployment pipelines to uphold security policies and data protection measures.
- Design and sustain automated testing frameworks for Salesforce applications, delivering comprehensive test reports and automation scripts.
- Coordinate code changes and configuration migrations efficiently, resolving potential conflicts and ensuring connectivity to support ongoing projects.
- Document DevOps methodologies and best practices for Salesforce development, contributing to a knowledge base for team members.
