Key Responsibilities

Facilitate sprint planning and oversee scrum ceremonies to optimize team performance.
Collaborate closely with team members to define clear objectives and goals.
Foster effective communication among teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Proactively identify project risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
Familiarity with JIRA Agile tracking software.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team.
Exceptional relationship management skills with a collaborative leadership style.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical documentation and problem-solving.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development context, utilizing Agile methodologies.
Current certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Additional experience or certifications in Project Management, Software Development, or Quality Assurance will be considered an asset.
