The Opportunity
As the
Founding BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our client's growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. This is a unique chance to join a dynamic startup environment and help shape the future of live event audio technology.
What You'll Do
- Proactively source new opportunities through research and outbound efforts to conference and corporate events producers
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and their value proposition
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client pain points and requirements
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with other teams to align strategies and enhance client experience
- Stay informed about industry trends, competing products, and emerging opportunities
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in Enterprise SaaS sales
- Background in AI translation or Events technology space
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales software (Salesforce, Zoominfo, etc.)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Ideally, ability to work from the office in San Francisco, CA, 2 days a week

Interviewing Process
- Level 1 - 30-min virtual interview with the Head of Enterprise Solutions (General fit. Sales skills assessment)
- Level 2 - 45-min virtual or in-person interview with the COO (Cultural fit. Final)
- Reference and Background Checks: conducted after successful interviews
