What You'll Do:
As the Executive Assistant, you'll strategically manage the CEO's inbox and calendar, handle travel arrangements, and ensure the CEO stays on top of all commitments. You'll also support key initiatives, from scheduling meetings to assisting with finding a coworking space, all while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone ready to dive into a startup environment, wear many hats, and grow alongside the business.
Responsibilities:
- Inbox & Calendar Management: Proactively manage the CEO's inbox and calendar, ensuring alignment with priorities and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
- Project Support: Assist with finding a small office or coworking space and handle various tasks that help the CEO stay organized and focused.
- Personal & Professional Task Management: Handle miscellaneous personal and professional tasks as needed, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication on behalf of the CEO.
📌 Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience supporting high-level executives and are adept at navigating the complexities of a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
- Advanced proficiency in GSuite, and tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Hours & Compensation:
- This is an hourly role with expected hours between 20-40 hours per week, depending on business needs.
- Flexibility is key, as the role may require adjusting hours to meet the dynamic demands of the business.
- The hourly range for this role is $45-55/hr. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining the final hourly rate, therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
