Job Summary: As a Digital Marketing Analyst at Aptimized, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies. You will be working with the Marketing/eCommerce department and reporting directly to the VP of eCommerce. Your primary responsibilities will include managing our social media presence, optimizing our website for search engines, creating engaging content, and designing eye-catching graphics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand visibility and drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Create and schedule compelling content, monitor performance, and respond to audience interactions.SEO Expertise: Conduct keyword research, perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.Content Writing: Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging while addressing target audience needs.Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Maintain brand consistency across all designs.Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.Advertising: Needs to understand how linkedin and digital advertising works, with a focus on targeted adverts.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, content creation, SEO, and graphic design.Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, SEMrush, BirdEye) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and error-free content.Solid understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Expertise in using SEMrush for keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.Solid knowledge of other SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.Hands-on experience with website analytics, SEO audits, and implementing technical SEO improvements.Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website coding practices.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Must be SEMrush certified and have 2-3 years’ experience using this tool.
