Job Description
Must-Have Technical Skills:
• Managing and configuring Zoho One products, including Zoho: CRM, Desk, Sign, Projects, Sprints, Analytics, Billing, Inventory, Books, and other related applications
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
• Experience with other CRM and ERP platforms
• Familiarity with programming languages
• Experience working with databases
Soft Skills:
• Problem-Solving Skills - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities within the Zoho ecosystem
• Communication - Excellent written and verbal skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to Detail - Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and consistency in all configurations, workflows, and reports
Required Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field
• Relevant work experience (1-3 years)
Preferred Certifications:
• Zoho Certified Administrator or Developer is a plus
Zoho One Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:
• Zoho One Administration:
o Manage and optimize the full suite of Zoho One applications.
o Configure and customize applications to align with business processes (module customization, workflow automation, blueprint creation, and data management).
o Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Deluge Scripting:
o Utilize Zoho Deluge scripting for complex automation processes.
o Create and maintain scripts to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks.
• Automated Workflows & Blueprints:
o Design and implement automated workflows and blueprints to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
• Business Requirements:
o Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical configurations, workflows, and reports.
• Documentation:
o Produce a comprehensive data dictionary detailing terms, formulas, and KPIs for the organization.
