Role Onsite Coordinator
Experience 6 to 10 Years
Location Remote USA
Technical Skills Primary
Overall coordination of project lifecycle activities
Act as a liaison between multiple teams Development Business analysis Architecture Release engineering Prod support Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
Actively tracking work as prioritized by the client stake holders
Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard
Provide L3 support to Troubleshoot and resolve issues using Datadog insights
Monitor and analyze application performance using Datadog Set up and maintain Datadog dashboards and alerts Familiarity with CICD tools and processes
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of Datadog into the CICD pipeline
Managing development issues and escalating to Project Manager as appropriate
Prepares regular insightful reports and communications to stakeholders on project status and schedule
Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY
Experience in handling execution of projects in different methodologies including agile projects Experience creating design dev documentation and transition documentations to support teams
