We are seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven initiatives, collaborating with operations, and recommending process improvements. This role involves hands-on work with data analysis, reporting, and partnering with various teams to enhance business efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Insights & Efficiency Improvement: Lead efforts to develop insights that simplify work methods, drive financial benefits, and improve customer experience.
- Leadership & Coaching: Supervise and mentor team members, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
- E-Commerce Support: Help the e-commerce team achieve significant savings goals by providing data-driven insights and solutions.
- Power BI Expertise: Provide support for over 19 workspaces and 5,000 users, ensuring efficient use of Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Data Architecture Ownership: Consolidate datasets and reports, reducing tech debt while enhancing the user experience and developing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration on Fulfillment Data Platform: Partner with the technical team to develop the Fulfillment Data Platform and adjust reporting accordingly.
- Business Standards & Project Measurement: Evaluate and align projects with business standards, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with customer-focused strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with leadership and other associates to understand, summarize, and define both current and future work processes.
- Process Development: Facilitate workshops to define current and future work processes, partnering with teams to streamline operations.
- Training & Development: Work with training teams to develop modules that adhere to company standards.
- Business & Technology Solutions: Collaborate with specialists to identify and recommend new business and technology solutions.
- Reporting for Financial Impact: Partner with the Finance department to develop reports that visualize the financial outcomes of process improvements.
- Business Strategy: Work closely with senior leadership to understand and influence business priorities.
- Key Applications Support: Provide support for key applications that integrate e-commerce reporting.
- Best Practice Communication: Summarize and share best practice recommendations based on data analysis and operational insights.
- Field Observation & Reporting: Travel to various locations to observe and measure performance, summarizing observations to drive improvements.
- On-Call Support: Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed.
