Alloya Corporate Federal Credit Union is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to join its Cyber Security team. This position will be part of a team that is responsible for protecting Alloya's technology and digital assets. The analyst will work closely with other team members to monitor and administer existing security tools; identify/research current emerging threats; implement corrective actions when responding to alerts and escalate when necessary. This position will ensure adherence to Alloya's cyber security program and regulatory guidance. The position is also responsible for development and distribution of relevant reporting metrics which illustrate the security posture of the organization. The analyst duties include planning and implementing security measures to protect Alloya's computer systems, networks and data. It is expected that this position stays current on latest intelligence, including latest threats, vulnerabilities, and hacker methodologies to be better able to anticipate security breaches and provide and research strategies to mitigate security events.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of progressive information technology experience in a multi-site organization with 3 years of information security experience is desired. Experience with Azure and 0365 security controls and monitoring, endpoint security solutions (AV, DLP, HIPS), vulnerability management, email and web filtering platforms and knowledge of Network Access Control desired. Demonstrated knowledge of security frameworks and data privacy principles: i.e. NIST CSF; NIST 800 series, CIS Top 20, etc. Prior experience in a regulated environment is highly desirable. Bachelor's Degree (or relevant experience); Security certifications (ISC2, ISACA, Microsoft, Cisco) are highly desired.
