Overview
AEG Fuels is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to support our dedicated aviation program. This role combines responsibilities in flight operations and administrative management, ensuring seamless support and service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation, coordination, and facilitation of all aspects of flight operations.
- Generate timely reports to help management understand program performance, utilizing analytics tools to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Schedule receivables, manage invoicing processes, and expedite updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a liaison with Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) and clients, resolving issues and retrieving necessary documentation efficiently.
- Initiate distribution of documentation to appropriate parties and ensure compliance with governmental regulations for specific trips/requirements.
- Manage the ground handling and corporate credit card programs, ensuring operational smoothness and regulatory compliance.
- Address and resolve customer disputes or inquiries related to billing or service delivery, upholding high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship with a valid passport.
- Former Military experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aviation operations.
- Motivated, self-starter with excellent organizational and high-level communication skills.
- Ability to work well in team settings, both within and outside the department.
- Proficiency in mathematical computations and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to travel and availability for shift work, after-hours, and on-call duties.
