Job Description:
As the Organizational Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for driving the OCM strategy across the OneCMS platform, focusing on stakeholder communication, business process changes, and supporting internal and external communications. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading stakeholder communication via channels such as GSite, InfoSessions, Newsletters, etc.
- Managing OCM and communication tasks and reporting to the IT or Business Project Lead.
- Developing and executing OCM strategies for the OneCMS platform, including IT rollouts and business changes.
- Guiding teams across all organizational levels on implementing business-process changes.
- Creating targeted communication content for end-users, stakeholders, and management.
- Preparing presentations, newsletter updates, and supporting training creation and strategy, as needed.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant OCM experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a multinational company.
- Proven experience in creating communication materials (newsletters, presentations) for varied audiences.
- Experience with software rollouts and end-user communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills, structured approach, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent command of English; German is a plus.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
