Urbanspace operates outdoor food and holiday markets in New York City (and beyond) and is seeking a strong manager to oversee marketing and special projects including unique projects around the intersection of ecommerce and placemaking.
The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience in marketing and project management with a design sensibility. This person must have experience implementing effective marketing strategies with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills to work with a team and oversee projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as outward facing communications representative for the Company
- Bring the brand to life by spearheading content creation
- Oversee the experiential/decorations/placemaking plan for the markets
- Manage customer feedback
- Manage 3rd party consultants
- Manage sponsorship projects
- Work directly with CEO to lead exciting special projects including sponsorships and ecommerce/placemaking initiatives to positively impact neighborhoods!
Required skills and qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field
- Two to five years of experience in marketing and project management
- Self-starter with strong project management, multitasking, & decision-making skills
- Full-time located near Union Square in Manhattan
