We are looking for a
Product/Project Manager to join our team as a full-time employee. This person is responsible for the end-to-end planning, building, and deploying of International Trust Systems and Accounting systems.
As a
Product/Project Manager, you will implement technical solutions as part of a team for customer engagements. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, patience, and organizational skills to drive customer success.

- 10+ years of Product/ project management experience. experience within Financial Services.
- Driving and documenting the requirements, operating model, and delivery of the structure & entities stream in partnership with technology and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-workstream impacts.
- Create, maintain, and communicate stream roadmap across all stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate expectations, project milestones, and delivery dates to stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate any dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Prep and participate in all governance-related activities.
- Own training content, preparation, and delivery.
- A workstream lead on a very lean team that can wear a product manager, project manager, and senior analyst all in one is needed.
- The workstream they will be leading is one of the most foundational workstreams (structure & entities) for the building of their new international trust platform/accounting system.
- Flexibility to be onsite with the client once a week in NY.
- Driving and documenting the requirements, operating model, and delivery of the structure & entity stream in partnership with technology and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross workstream impacts
- Create, maintain, and communicate stream roadmap across all stakeholders.
- Communicate expectations, project milestones, and delivery dates to stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate any dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Prep and participate in all governance-related activities.
- Own training content, preparation, and delivery.
- Manage resources whether direct or matrix, for each assigned project to ensure that the project remains on schedule.
- Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.
