About the Company:

A New York based boutique Media & Strategy Consulting firm is seeking a Sr Data Analyst to join their thriving company. This firm helps clients launch and grow businesses and measures and reports on the impact of the work their clients are doing.

Responsibilities:

Provide marketing technology, tool and integration recommendations tailored to clients’ strategic business and measurement goals.
Develop client relationships and utilize your analytic skill set to help clients make strategic business decisions such as growth, content management and collection of customer data.
Produce data blueprints to support a cross-functional client teams’ understanding of how their MarTech stack is capturing and utilizing data between technologies and vendors.
Translate data into recommendations through reports and visualizations.
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends.
Collaborate with an existing team that develops and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients.
Conduct advanced statistical analyses and predictive modeling to identify patterns and opportunities for growth.
Support the media buying team by providing data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.

Qualifications:

3+ years of digital analytics & Campaign measurement experience using tools like: Google Analytics, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Looker.
Hands on analytics experience with R or Python and the ability to build predictive models.
Proven experience analyzing data to provide strategic recommendations on digital marketing initiatives.
Advanced data visualization experience and the ability to create reports and present.
