Technical Project Manager

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

As a Technical Project Manager, you will take charge of managing multiple business applications and integrations throughout various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead projects that delight clients with innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Work directly with business customers to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and guide them toward the best solutions.
- Organize data and workflow, ensuring efficiency and alignment with client needs.
- Identify and solve problems with a proactive approach.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Ensure clear communication with clients, negotiate expectations, and handle any issues that arise with tact and professionalism.
- Act as a thought leader, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping clients envision bigger and better solutions.
- Take ownership of projects, from concept to completion, and integrate smoothly with company processes and culture.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the software industry, managing technical projects.
- 3+ years of experience in negotiation and time management.
- Experience with QuickBase (2+ years preferred).
- Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Advanced skills in Excel and other process-driven applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work comfortably on initially undefined projects.
