PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $122,000.00-$149,100.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $94,500.00 - $176,500.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. As a Senior Program Manager – Member & Digital Experience (MDX), you will be a driving force behind the success of our products and services through leading and driving our rhythm of the business and monthly business reviews. Your expertise will empower our MDX teams to design and implement solutions that truly enhance our members' experiences. By leading efforts in planning, process evaluation, and continuous improvement, you’ll help BECU achieve its strategic goals and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. What You’ll Do
- Lead Project Teams: You’ll guide and participate in project teams, ensuring successful delivery of process improvements.
- Shape Strategic Direction: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and manage the strategic direction of MDX, aligning it with BECU’s goals.
- Implement Best Practices: Ensure the effective rollout of standards, policies, and processes, while establishing metrics to track success.
- Communicate Effectively: Produce clear and timely communications that provide leadership and direction.
- Foster Advocacy Programs: Partner with internal and external resources to design and implement programs that enhance employee and member advocacy.
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Oversee vendor contracts to ensure BECU members receive cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Facilitate Communication: Keep open lines of communication with all Credit Union employees to support collaboration and achieve goals.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Commit to the ongoing enhancement of processes and service quality, contributing to Credit Union objectives.
- Maintain Reporting Standards: Handle necessary operational audits and management reporting, keeping records as required.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, coordinating with departments to ensure adherence.
- Perform Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational success.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. in business or equivalent work or education related experience.
- Seven years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or similar functional experience required.
- Experience managing project teams required.
Desired Qualifications
- Financial Services industry preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate in the English language.
- Excellent project management, effective leadership and negotiation skills.
