Duration: 05-month contract (Potential for extension or hire based on performance)
Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Hybrid
Pay Range: $60/hr - $70/hr

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Experience Design team. In this role, you will work alongside Design Program Managers, providing crucial support by tracking, analyzing, and maintaining data for design projects across our digital product portfolio. This position is focused on data tracking and analysis and does not require direct project or program management.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Jira and Excel to track and analyze project data, progress, and overall health for the design team.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain data hygiene across a large portfolio of design activities.
Collaborate with designers and partners, providing real-time updates and insights on project status.
Support Design Program Managers by ensuring smooth tracking of design processes, project timelines, and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

Expertise in Jira and Excel for tracking and analyzing project data.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Design, or a related field.
0-3 years of professional experience in a data analyst or project support role.
Strong attention to detail to ensure flawless data entry and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office and WFH).
