Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant
Location: Dallas Fort Worth, Hybrid: 2 days per week on-site with Client
Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Consultant to join our Team. The ideal candidate is able to see the bigger picture and deliver actionable insights to marketing teams, but will also be highly analytical and detail-oriented. The Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant will play a crucial role working closely with brand managers, data scientists and other key stakeholders, synthesizing insights from large and complex datasets to help marketing teams make data-driven decisions that enhance brand performance and drive business growth. This role requires someone who is technically proficient in data analysis but not necessarily a data engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis & Insights Generation: Analyze large volumes of industry-specific data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Provide actionable insights to brand managers and other stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing brand managers, product teams, data scientists and other relevant departments to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven recommendations.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create clear and concise reports and data visualizations that effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity by performing data cleaning, validation, and management tasks. Maintain and update databases as needed.
• Support & Training: Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for data analysis within the team. Provide support and training to other team members as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis. Continuously seek ways to improve data processes and outputs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a marketing or brand management context.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL and Excel.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Alteryx.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to successfully collaborate with team members asynchronously via Slack, email, and in shared files.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage through multiple requests.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the vision care industry, medical devices, or healthcare.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling.
