Administrative Assistant
25-30/HR
***MUST BE LOCAL TO MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD***
Responsibilities:
Support department executive and staff for scheduling, telephone and email contact, meetings, timekeeping, and budgeting.
- Provide logistical, data entry and record keeping support for engineering activities including travel, recruiting, purchasing, office supplies, new hire onboarding, etc.
- Assist in software development processes including document approval and control, license purchases and renewals, and other tracking functions.
- Arrange staff travel and submit expense reports.
- Track department expenses and reconcile department purchasing card.
- Organize group events and meetings.
- Follow up on time reporting to ensure completion by team members.
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in a related role
- 2 or more years using MS Office Suite and Outlook/Teams
- Candidate should already know Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams
- If they know Concur for expense reimbursement and Travel bookings – a big PLUS!!!
