Job Title: Owned and Operated Channels Program Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-month W-2 Contract
Overall Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager within Marketing Operations, you’re a progressive influencer balancing strategic big thinking with an ability and passion to make our organization work better and smarter. Collaboration, organization and a constant need to optimize are key drivers to how you get things done.
You’ll use your project management skills and expertise to bring our strategic plan to life, while solving big ticket, highly visible problems for the marketing organization. We’re looking for a traditionally trained Program Manager who knows the art of program management inside out, is highly organized and collaborative by nature.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
● Implement, track and prioritize project roadmaps, trackers, and schedules for specific initiatives that align with the broader owned and operated surface strategy for the MarTech and Engineering team
● Manage and document the process for onboarding new O&O surfaces including documentation and communication to stakeholders.
● Conduct feedback loop sessions with Marketers to help inform the roadmaps for internal delivery tools.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
● 4+ years experience as a Program Manager working in complex tech environments
● Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to break down complex topics and deliverables easily
● Demonstrated a success track record in executing on complex, ambiguous cross-functional, and global initiatives
● Experience establishing effective relationships, exercising influence, and driving consensus internally and externally at all organizational levels.
● Experience in project management methodologies, and picking the best methods to fit the right teams
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
● Experience working in Marketing or Marketing Technology is strongly preferred
● Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced and constantly evolving team environment
● Staying on top of numerous work streams across different programs in the same sphere of the one you're managing
● Demonstrate a high EQ to enable close working relationships with multiple stakeholders on a global level
● Ability to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems that scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed teams
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60 - 65hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
