We’ve got 3 appliances on the market and a strong presence in food tech - help us continue to grow as our ambitious new Marketing Manager - you’ll run a broad variety of acquisition and retention marketing activities to drive continued business growth, and will join an experienced team of business leaders, engineers, and food fulfillment experts with a track record of successful startup exits. As Suvie’s Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with our leadership and product teams to grow appliance sales & meal revenue and retain customers.
Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Management
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives
- Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns for meal and appliance segments: ideation to delivery
- Develop and maintain a content calendar across influencers, email, SMS, and ad creatives, ensuring timely and effective content distribution
- Monitor and analyze marketing reports to assess campaign performance, draw actionable insights, and refine future content strategies
Talent Management
- Establish and nurture a network of content creators, editors, journalists, photographers, and other creative pros
- Manage the full lifecycle of influencer partnerships, from sourcing and outreach to contract negotiation, creative brief writing, and content review
- Coordinate logistics for product shipping to influencers and oversee content creation to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines
- Review and approve influencer content for posting, ensuring all deliverables are met
Collaborate & Take initiative
Take on additional projects, tasks, and opportunities as they arise to drive the overall success of the business, and earn opportunities for growth and broader involvement in the marketing department.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- At least 3-5 years experience in consumer marketing at a DTC company in the meal or electronics space
- Experience with marketing tools such as Facebook Ad Manager, Klaviyo, Google Analytics
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Logistics & Details
This is a full time, salaried position working semi-remote, and based in our Cambridge, MA office. It includes salary, paid vacation time, typical federal holidays, benefits and equity. Salary is negotiable based on experience. Occasional travel may be required.
