Temporary Position - August to mid-November
Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30 pm
Pay range: $17.50-$24/hr DOE
Under general supervision, the primary role of the Receptionist is to provide excellent customer service as they are the first impression. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, responding to all phone and front desk inquiries, data input, sorting packages, handling mail correspondence, ordering supplies, assisting with administrative projects for the Buildings and Grounds department. Performs general clerical and administrative duties with great attention to detail for various; Coverage for community concierge as needed.
To be successful in the role, you would have to:
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior clerical/administrative work experience
- Computer skills such as using Microsoft suite, using internet applications;
- High school diploma or equivalent
