In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments for insurance agents, and ensuring that all interactions are professional and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various outreach methods to contact potential clients and introduce insurance products and services
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and matching them with the appropriate insurance agent
- Schedule appointments for insurance agents to meet with prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Follow up with leads and confirm appointments, providing excellent customer service throughout the process
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM system
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software a plus
