We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Strategy & Operations Specialist to join our Campus Launcher program. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving consumer growth at colleges and enhancing our ecosystem across consumers and merchants. Location: Fully Remote (may require local travel for business visits)

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Duration: 3-6 months with potential for extension or conversion

Hours: 40 hours/week, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST

Key Responsibilities:

Manage: Oversee the performance of Campus Launchers (student contractors), ensuring they meet targets and receive guidance.
Recruit: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-performing Campus Launchers across various colleges.
Build: Take ownership of new initiatives, testing and launching projects that drive business impact.
Strategize: Create and implement strategies to enhance growth at colleges and address complex challenges.
Analyze: Assess performance data and market trends to refine strategies and workflows.
Adapt: Thrive in a dynamic environment, adjusting to new responsibilities and incorporating feedback.

Candidate Profile:

Skills: Highly organized, excellent communication abilities, and experience with Google Sheets/Docs. Proficiency in SQL is a plus but not required.
Experience: 1+ years in startups, strategy, consulting, business development, operations, or related fields.
Traits: Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, problem solver, generalist, analytical, and determined.
