Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and professional Digital Marketing Coordinator who is highly focused on results in bringing projects and converting leads into clients. The candidate would need to understand the industries and be able to improve our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate shall be a great communicator and be highly organized. This would be a full-time position, on-site role as a Digital Marketing Coordinator in our main office/showroom in Beverly, MA. The candidate’s responsibilities will include social media marketing, client relationship management (HubSpot CRM), copywriting, website management, graphic design, video production, email marketing, market analysis, and executing the overall marketing plan.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms, such as Zoho
- Experience with new client in-takes and communication (CRM)
- Proficiency in Web Management
- Copywriting for long-form content
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for marketing strategies
- Utilize SEO tools for keyword research and website optimization
- Proficiency in graphic design & video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- This position requires strong collaboration and organization skills to effectively work with different teams
Experience
- 3+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- HubSpot (Sales/CRM & Marketing Hub)
- A/E/C industry experience
This is not an entry-level position and candidates will be required to be in the office full time.
