Who You’ll Work With
You'll collaborate with the Consumer & Enterprise Tools Team to scale product creation and enterprise capabilities. Reporting to the Design Director of Enterprise Capabilities, you'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Ownership & Leadership: Lead the UX design process from concept to delivery, solving complex problems and managing priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Strategic Thinking: Develop UX strategies that align with user needs and business goals, defining success metrics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, user-centered designs.
- User Research: Conduct research to guide design decisions and validate solutions.
- Prototyping & Testing: Create prototypes and conduct usability tests to refine designs.
- Advocacy & Improvement: Champion user needs throughout the design process and continually improve your design craft, staying updated with industry trends.
