Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire loan process.
- Effectively manage your workload to ensure a seamless loan pipeline.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering regular updates and support.
- Process a diverse range of loan types, including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, and non-QM refinance and purchase loans.
- Verify and collect necessary documentation, such as credit reports, income statements, asset verification, title reports, and appraisals.
- Employ problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with underwriters and loan officers to facilitate timely closings.
- Demonstrate proficiency in analytical skills to calculate income accurately while managing multiple tasks.
- Adhere to deadlines and maintain a healthy volume of loans in your pipeline.
Required Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience in processing Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loans.
- Knowledgeable in disclosures and compliance regulations.
- Proficient in using Arive (LOS) software.
- Strong capability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Positive, service-oriented demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and honest in all transactions.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt.
