We’re looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager for a Fortune 500 entertainment client. The teams are very collaborative and passionate about creating cutting-edge customer experiences. You’ll join the Marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase subscriber acquisition and retention across various video streaming services.
This is a 12–month contract + extension. The team is in New York, NY, and the role is on-site 2-3 days/week.
Product Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct in-depth competitive analysis and identify emerging market trends.
- Leverage research insights to uncover new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing initiatives.
- Create effective strategies for acquiring new subscribers and driving upgrades to premium tiers.
- Partner with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure that growth initiatives are feasible and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop compelling presentations to gain executive support for marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc presentations related to new plans and strategic initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting and business reviews to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop a centralized resource for stakeholders to access key data and insights
Product Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant product marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is required.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in Excel and digital reporting tools, and experience with project management.
- Experience in strategic consulting, understanding of the OTT universe and subscription ecosystem, and a self-starter mindset.
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging.
- Plan and execute successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop marketing materials, including presentations, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and other teams to ensure product success.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform strategy.
