- Assisting in the organisation of office events and meetings.
- Handling office correspondence and distributing mail.
- Creating and maintaining office filing systems.
- Providing support for business support activities.
- Maintaining up-to-date contact lists.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Admin/Office Support Should Have
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- A calm and professional manner.
- An ability to carry out several tasks at the same time.
