On behalf of our client based in Deeside, we are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Duties:
- Place material orders with suppliers.
- Oversee sourcing capabilities and supply chain management.
- Develop policies and procedures for the procurement process.
- Manage invoices, including posting to the financial system and addressing any queries.
- Handle calls from technicians and create purchase orders in the CRM system, while monitoring job costs.
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery and update the CRM system as needed.
- Attend meetings and collaborate with internal staff to coordinate materials and equipment for large projects.
- Organize uniforms, PPE, and vehicle stock for new starters.
- Follow up on updates regarding supplier quotes.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
- Previous experience in an office setting, ideally with a purchasing background in the construction industry.
- Proficient in data entry and clerical duties.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
What our client can offer in return:
- Salary up to £29,000 Per Annum
- Working hours 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday
