We've partnered with the UK division of a global healthcare manufacturer based in Maidenhead who are hiring for a Customer Service Assistant.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flex.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process UK and Irish orders, ensuring they are accurately entered and shipped on time.
- Maintain the customer service inbox, responding to queries about stock availability, pricing, and proof of delivery.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers via SAP.
- Review open sales reports daily and coordinate loan and demo stock requests from sales.
- Monitor supply chain portals to confirm orders are shipped according to PO delivery dates.
