Principal AI Scientist
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 + Bonus + Equity DOE
Location: Remote USA

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage AI research projects from conception to deployment.
- Develop and optimize advanced algorithms in computer vision and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Design and implement AI solutions that address specific business needs and challenges.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to validate models and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, particularly in visual generative AI and deepfake detection.
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the development of the AI team.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in AI research and development, with a focus on computer vision and generative models.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience with GANs and visual generative AI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences or journals.
