Immediate need for an experienced Patient Access Representative at this world-renowned medical organization. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Making and receiving high volume patient calls
- Scheduling appointments for multiple practitioners while considering their scheduling preferences
- Updating patient demographics
- Verifying insurance
- Investigating Referrals and Prior Authorizations
Requirements:
- Prior recent Medical Call Center experience or a combination of Call Center and Medical Administrative experience required for consideration
- Must have experience with an EMR system, preferably EPIC
