Office Manager – Century City – $105k-$115k
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing wealth management firm as they seek an experienced and dedicated Office Manager to support their expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Oversee vendor and facilities relations/projects, catering coordination, mail sorting, office/grocery orders, and maintaining the office environment.
- Become the culture carrier of the office, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized space.
- Plan and coordinate events and VIP meetings, handle parking logistics, place detailed lunch orders, and set up/break down meetings, including tidying the kitchen.
- Bring a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a professional yet approachable demeanor. The right candidate will take pride in maintaining an organized, tidy office that feels like a home!
