Partners to support on-cycle and off cycle processing. Coordinates with
respective payroll teams to ensure extended continuous processing and communicates system
needs and requirements while using in-depth knowledge of HR, Benefit and Payroll business
processes. Analyze processes and identifies system discrepancies related to customized batch
processes that run to no success or produce errors. Will review error logs and record system
issues and develop and implement solutions. Assists with data analysis to find trends or
indications of potential issues and provides support for processing and troubleshooting changes
within the Payroll processing.
- Participates with cross-functional teams to address
complex business or systems issues and recommends most optimal business solution. Identifies
gaps in business processes and system functionality and works with the necessary parties to
recommend and implement business system changes. Collaborates and reviews existing
business processes impacting other operational units to implement an optimal solution for
process improvement.
Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes business and user needs, documenting
requirements and revising existing system and process logic issues as necessary. Provides
support and training on new applications. Guides and advises less-experienced Business
Systems Analysts
Required:
Min 5 years PeopleSoft Human Resources/ Workforce Administration, Benefit Administration,
General Ledger or Payroll Administration experience
