Description
Position Summary:
The Data Entry Analyst will support the IT department with data entry and analysis within the ERP system. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in heavy data entry for systems and a strong understanding of data analysis. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. The position is on-site with a project duration of 2-3 months.
Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Management:
- Perform detailed data entry tasks within the ERP system.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by verifying and cross-checking information.
- Update and maintain data in the ERP system, following established procedures.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support project objectives.
- Generate and interpret reports based on data analysis.
- Identify and address data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- System Support:
- Collaborate with the IT department to support data management needs and resolve issues.
- Assist in optimizing ERP system processes and data handling.
- Project Involvement:
- Contribute to project tasks and adhere to deadlines.
- Provide regular progress updates and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
