Position Overview
This
Manager, Digital Marketing will play a critical role in enhancing Fremont Bank’s digital presence, email marketing, and technology integration. This position is responsible for a range of tasks, including development work on our website, email design and management, and leading key technology projects. A strategic partner to various business units, the role will leverage tools and technologies to support the bank’s growth and efficiency goals.
Role And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the dotcom team to develop and optimize landing pages and website personalization strategies.
- Develop website and dotcom pages through Kentico to improve the customer experience.
- Conduct research to identify gaps in our current customer experience layouts and recommend improvements.
- Integrate marketing and sales technologies to support evolving strategies for interacting with prospects via web pages.
- Develop email designs and create emails in response to requests from marketing and business partners.
- Manage email programs, including audience targeting, scheduling, A/B testing, and strategic decision-making on audience segmentation and communication timing.
- Act as a strategic thought leader, aligning email and landing page efforts with business unit goals.
- Lead the project to transition from Marketo to a cost-effective email marketing tool, including scoping, vendor vetting, and project management.
- Partner on upgrading the sales management tool from LeadMailBox to a more advanced platform, ensuring seamless integration with the new marketing automation tool.
- Collaborate on the implementation of various tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CallRail, and Lob, enhancing sales and marketing capabilities.
- Work on improving ads and digital targeting.
- Assisting with campaign launches, audience selection, promotional offers, and budget management to boost lead generation across departments.
- Provide strategic insights and solutions, utilizing marketing tools to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- This role will help with the creation of digital ads for use across Google, Facebook, and other channels.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field
- Past experience in web development, creating web pages
- Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with DevOps tools
- Experience working with Kentico
- Knowledge of web performance optimization
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and/or CRM systems
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a focus on integrating technology and marketing to achieve business goals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with diverse business units
