Our client in South Normanton are currently recruiting for HR Co-Ordinator. Responsible for providing excellent administration support to the UK HR & Safety Managers. Maintaining personnel records, managing HR/ H&S Documents and able to juggle many administrative duties in a timely fashion.
Hours of work will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm (half hour lunch).
Duties
- Prepare HR Documents, offer letters, probation letters, employment contracts and new starter details & upload to DocuSign.
- Support with Health & Safety administration and store all documents to the Health & Safety file.
- Create new starters on SAP.
- Requesting new starter to be on boarded by IT departments, giving access to ticketing systems.
- Set up all new starters on the holiday system (Timetastic), updating annual entitlement, updating TOIL and sickness and absence.
- Set up all drivers, machinery operators on Vehocheck.
- Take Notes and support on one-on-one meetings and disciplinary’s.
- Update HR / Personnel Records, with on boarding and off boarding details.
- Support all internal Managers in the absence of HR Managers in each site
- Provide and update relevant employee information, i.e., Leave of absence, sick days, and work schedules.
- Audit employee files and deleting old employee records, spent disciplinary records and any other documentation.
- Collate all payroll information, including
- Overtime, Expenses, Commissions, Starters, Leavers, sickness absence, maternity/paternity, DEA’s Store hours & change in personal/contractual details.
- Send all information to online portal by the dates required.
- Check all drafts, amend as necessary and approve.
- Save all final reports to HR files.
- Handle situations in the best interest of both the employee and company.
- Able to sympathise / empathise with an employee’s situation.
- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with employees.
