About The Role
The Operations Manager will assist in the day-to-day operations of a behavioral health organization, supporting the smooth running of administrative, financial, and operational processes. This junior role is ideal for a recent graduate with a background in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field. The Operations Manager will work on-site, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the efficiency and success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Executive in the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Help coordinate daily operations, ensuring that administrative and clinical functions run smoothly.
- Work with different departments, including finance, HR, and clinical teams, to support overall organizational objectives.
- Assist in managing budgets and tracking expenses, ensuring that the organization stays within financial guidelines.
- Help monitor billing processes, reimbursements, and other financial activities under the guidance of the finance team.
- Collaborate in preparing financial reports and analyzing key metrics related to cost control and operational performance.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including organizing meetings, maintaining records, and managing communication across departments.
- Assist in performance tracking, including helping monitor team KPIs and productivity.
- Ensure that all operational processes adhere to relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits, compliance checks, and accreditation purposes.
- Support risk management initiatives to ensure patient safety and operational continuity.
- Assist in identifying areas for operational improvement and streamlining workflows to increase efficiency.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships, including processing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
- Help oversee inventory management and ordering processes to ensure that clinical and office supplies are well stocked.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Must be willing to work in office
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software.

Additional Information
The expected base pay for this role will be between $45,000 - $65,000 annually at the commencement of employment, paid in USD. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Psychplus Health-sponsored benefits.
