Job Overview
We are in search of a skilled and motivated professional to elevate our Operations Optimization leadership team. This pivotal role entails overseeing a team of remote and traveling dietitians, engaging in clinical immersions, and managing aspects related to work authorization, scheduling, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead remote teams, oversee telehealth requisitions, scheduling, shared services job orders, and related financial management.
- Effectively communicate and address nutrition and wellness needs as expressed by operations leadership and shared services partners.
- Design and refine nutrition systems and programs to ensure they reflect current knowledge and management practices.
- Assess and upgrade existing programs to meet regulatory standards, professional development requirements, educational materials, and service management criteria.
- Spearhead project management initiatives and influence cross-functional teams to optimize results.
- Advocate for and support strategic goals within the Nutrition, Wellness & Sustainability department.
- Coordinate the development and evaluation of nutrition resources.
- Exhibit strong technical expertise and scientific acumen while considering management aspects.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction point.
- Collaborate with corporate and regional team members to bolster field and corporate initiatives.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and protocols.

Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (RD) and/or credentialed certification with CDR.
- A minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience within senior living, skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation, and/or acute care settings.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a managerial role, specifically as a Clinical Nutrition Manager or managing multiple units.
- A Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics is preferred; certifications in Serve Safe, Choke Save, and Allergen management are encouraged.
- Active membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is preferred.
