Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and marketing initiatives.
Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine and enhance the content strategy.

Lead the development of various digital content types, including e-learning courses, video job aids, infographics, and more.
Ensure all content maintains consistency with the brand's voice, style, and tone.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal/external subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver high-quality content.

Design and produce instructional materials, such as e-learning modules, training manuals, video tutorials, and interactive content.
Conduct needs assessments and audience analysis to define learning objectives and content needs.
Work closely with SMEs to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to ensure effective content delivery.

Offer constructive feedback to the team to ensure continuous improvement in content quality and effectiveness.
Encourage collaboration and creativity within the team.

Track and evaluate content performance using analytics tools.
Report key metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve content strategies.
Perform regular content audits to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather content requirements and provide updates on progress.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience:
5+ years of experience in digital content creation and instructional design, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Skills:
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
Strong understanding of digital and content marketing concepts.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire a creative team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Experience with e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS).
Proficiency in Articulate 360.
