Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: San Diego, CA
Job Type: 12+ Months Contract
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Summary:
· This is a Call Center role, so it involves handling inbound calls from providers, subscribers, and clients. Call average between 4-6 minutes and require documentation of each call.
· This role requires being on phones in front of a computer monitors for most of the day, with a headset on. We’re looking for a punctual and reliable team player who can easily adapt to change.
· Employee will be using Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, printers, internal CRMs SalesLogix and DVCN.
· Training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Ability to follow instructions on all tasks
· Detail Oriented/Organized/sense of urgency in completing tasks thoroughly and on time
· Comfortable with technology, PCs specifically with Windows and Microsoft Office tools
· Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred
· Strong Excel skills
· Ability to find and communicate ideas for better processes
· Dental office experience
Qualifications:
· Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses the following qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Must have excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize workload
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required, with the ability to learn and assimilate processes in other computer programs
· Must have good oral and written communication skills, as well as basic problem-solving skills
· Experience in the dental industry is strongly preferred
· Knowledge of SalesLogix System preferred
· Call Center Experience preferred
