Our luxury CPG client is seeking a freelance CRM Loyalty Manager!
This role is full-time. For the first 6 months you will be onsite in Gardena, CA. Afterward, your schedule will be hybrid with 2 days WFH and 3 days onsite.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage retention marketing channels: email, SMS, push, direct mail, and loyalty
- You will work closely with the Director of Retention to develop and implement strategies to retain customers and improve conversion, retention, and LTV
- Create email, SMS, and push campaigns to drive conversions
- Develop database segmentation strategy to increase LTV and repeat purchases
- Oversee multi-channel retention campaign calendar
- Lead creative briefs with recommendation for copy, design, and segmentation backed by data
- Establish and implement A/B testing strategies
- Manage and optimize loyalty program including development of rewards and benefits to incentivize repeat purchases
- Develop strategies to grow subscriber database with minimizing churn
- Manage vendor relationships and implement tools to push lifecycle marketing innovation
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to stakeholders and provide insight on program performance
- You will begin by managing an agency as you build out an in-house team, with the goal to be managing the in-house team
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 4-5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing with a strong focus on email, SMS, push, and loyalty
- Bachelors Degree in marketing or relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience managing agency and tech partners
- Hands-on experience with implementing campaigns and flows in Klaviyo (Email) and Attentive (SMS), and Yotpo. HTML is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on data insights. Experience creating dashboards is a plus.
- You are a data-driven person and can back decisions with data
- You have experience working with DTC and/or fashion and apparel companies. If only agency experience, please speak to your DTC and/or fashion and apparel clients
