Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Software Implementation Project Manager to join our expanding team. Candidates must have a proven track record in managing healthcare software implementations, including EMR, EHR, and ERP systems. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of the MedGEO solution.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 5 years of healthcare related Project Management experience.
- Direct experience with SAAS, including functionality, performance, requirements, interoperability, and user roles.
- Ability to define a business problem and business requirements.
- Knowledge of applications, technology, and processes used in a healthcare setting, ability to quickly understand new applications.
- Proven experience in software implementation, training, and support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support healthcare staff.
- Excellent presentation skills.
· Demonstrate experience in guiding customers through solution adoption and change management.
· Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills complemented by strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Organization and Time, ensuring that all project materials and deliverables are completed on time with partners. This includes developing and executing timelines and project plans to ensure that customer requirements are meticulously documented and met. It also involves creating content and materials such as integrations, workflow diagrams, and installation guidelines for each new partner. Additionally, it entails establishing frameworks to standardize workflows and incorporate new additions, managing feature enhancements based on customer feedback, collaborating with the QA team to ensure successful implementation and adoption, and compiling analytical data, executive summaries, and other technical documentation to provide valuable insights.
- Integration: Assist in the setup and integration of our clinical software solutions within operating room environments.
- Training: Deliver comprehensive training programs to healthcare staff, ensuring they are confident and proficient in using the new technology.
- Implementation: Lead and support the implementation process, ensuring that all procedures and systems are aligned with clinical best practices.
- Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support and troubleshooting to address any technical issues or user concerns that arise post-implementation.
- Product Development: Engage in product development initiatives and enhancements, encompassing new product design, documentation review, and ensuring customers gain value from new products and enhancements.
- Feature Testing and development
- Work with clinicians and product development team to refine follow on features and products.
