Reports to HR Director/CFO
This is a full-time position based in Irvine, CA with work from home flexibility
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for all employees
- Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity
- Assist with payroll audits and compliance reporting
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues
Compensation details: 25-30 Hourly Wage
