HRIS Administrator - Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Payroll, HRIS
We are currently seeking an HRIS Administrator for our team, who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure seamless HR operations, and will focus on system administration, data management, and user support, promoting efficient HR processes and compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide user support and training for HRIS users within the organization.
- Oversee data entry, data management, and data analysis within the HRIS.
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and HR policies.
- Manage document storage and retrieval processes associated with HR functions.
Qualifications
- PREFERRED - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and their functionalities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and HR SharePoint.
- Experience in payroll administration preferred.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
