Duration: 3 months (potential temp-to-hire role)
Basic Responsibilities : - Primary responsibility for providing superior service by: · Fulfilling orders for internal and external customers · Researching and analyzing legal documents · Submitting legal documents to the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations · Retrieving legal documents from the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations · Researching entity status · Resolving or escalating issues · Following requests through to completion · Communicating progress to customers and internal teams · Navigating quickly between multiple processing systems and databases quickly and accurately · Able to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment. · Overtime and minimal (5%) travel may be required. · Contributes to customer satisfaction and organizational success · Participates in process improvement programs, best practices, and occasional special projects Requirements (years of experience, educational background, technical skills, etc.): Experience, Knowledge and Tools Minimum Experience: · 4 years customer service experience, including: · Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately. · Utilizing keen attention to detail skill accurately · Utilizing communication skills, including both excellent verbal skills and written communication. · Working independently while still being an integral part of a team. · Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Adobe, ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively. · Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
